The lodge was founded by Gordon Kwikiriza, a resident of Nkewnda Village in the Buhoma region of Bwindi.
With a passion for nature, Gordon developed Gorilla Bluff Lodge in 2020, aiming to uplift his community and improve local livelihoods.
Set on elevated terrain, this accommodation facility includes 5 guest cottages that offer elegant enclaves and cozy shelter in the heart of nature.

A gorilla permit costs approximately USD 800 per person. Children below 15 years of age are not permitted to participate in trekking.
