Best time to carry out backpacking

Anytime of the year is appropriate for backpacking , however , in Uganda, the best time is during the low budget season .

Low budget season is time between March to May and October to November. During this season, discounts are given on gorilla permits and some accomodation facilities offer discounts due to low demand .

Tourists who carry out backpacking can enjoy all the tourist adventures and interactions and tend to get a personal connection with the local community as they usually travel on foot carry out their different activities
